About Littlebourne House

As a family-run home, we provide a warm and welcoming environment to live and care for our residents, similar to what you would receive from a family member. The first thing you’ll notice when you arrive at Littlebourne House is how calm and pleasant it is. We are a residential care home that focuses on caring for the elderly and people with dementia. Most of our residents live here full-time, but we also offer short-term care.

Duties of the job:

  • To work as part of a team to care for the inhabitants of Littlebourne House with respect and dignity, while giving them as much freedom as possible.

Skills and requirements:

  • You must have a basic willingness to care.
  • Applicants should have experience working in a care facility for older persons.
  • An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
