Overview of the Role:
To join our expanding team, we are looking for committed, compassionate Care Assistants who can also drive. In this position, you will help clients preserve their independence and standard of living by giving them vital support in their homes.
Principal Duties:
- Helping customers with personal care duties like toileting, clothing, and washing
- Assisting with physical activity and mobility
- Medication administration (according to instructions and training)
- Making food and helping with feeding when needed
- Providing emotional support and company
- Helping with domestic duties like cleaning and laundry
- Tracking and reporting alterations in the conduct or health of clients
- Keeping thorough records of care and adhering to plans
Requirements:
- Sincere desire to assist others
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively
- Respectful, dependable, and trustworthy
- The ability to work in the United Kingdom
