On an F/T, P/T, or weekend basis, myCare Grampian is hiring for caring care and support staff in all of Inverurie, Insch, Kintore, Kemnay, and the surrounding areas. We can work around your schedule, but we do ask for consistent dedication to our clients.
We are now giving sponsorship to overseas candidates currently in the UK, subject to satisfactory completion of our probationary period. We do not offer sponsorship, so please do not apply if you need it in less than six months.

You will help with everyday duties like meal preparation, personal care, medication support, and cleaning as part of myCare’s practical assistance program for vulnerable members of our communities.
Although prior care experience can be highly beneficial, it is not necessary to have it in order to become a community care assistant because thorough in-house training and assistance will be provided.

Qualifications
- Experience giving care in a home care or assisted living environment
- The capacity to efficiently develop and carry out care programs
- A current driving licence and prior work-related driving experience
- Proficiency in communication to engage with clients and their families
- English language proficiency for effective communication
- Basic IT abilities to effectively record and update customer data
