We are recruiting a committed Senior Delivery Manager to join our Exam Technology Organisation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of cloud native and platform based solutions to support our worldwide assessment activities.
About Role
You will report to the Delivery Lead and will be responsible for
Other duties and responsibilities include
- Helping to deliver effectively across a portfolio of apps and agile teams, managing dependencies, coordinating releases, ensuring technical solutions are scalable, secure and suitable for purpose.
- Own the technology stack in scope, be accountable for supportability, performance and security compliance and lead technical impact assessments and delivery estimates.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, testers and architects to promote continuous improvement and build a culture of cooperation and accountability.
- Led cross-functional teams of developers, testers and Dev Ops engineers without having direct line management authority.
- Complex delivery environments, influencing priorities with senior IT and business stakeholders, Release planning, Risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to the evolution of cloud technologies and their inclusion in delivery pipelines and architecture.
This position has been designated as a hybrid position, where the successful candidate will generally spend 40-60% of time working and interacting in person at their assigned location.

Your Profile
- The following skills and qualities are essential to succeed in this vital role:
- Significant experience with delivery management, project management or agile coaching in a software development context.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles.
- Hands‑on expertise in assisting Scrum or Kanban delivery.
- Good working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP welcome) and how they fit into delivery pipelines and architecture.
- Enough hands‑on technical awareness of cloud environments and modern application stacks to own supportability, question technical proposals and support delivery decisions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Comfortable working with overseas, outsourced teams.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git Hub, Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of developing AI tools.
- Knowledge of assessment technologies.
- Relevant cloud or delivery certification.
