We are seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser for a full-time position. A visa for a sponsoring skilled worker may be available.
At the core of all we do is exceptional patient-centered care. One of your most important responsibilities as a pharmacy dispenser will be to make patients feel better. This includes the extensive range of dispensing services we offer in addition to the straightforward guidance and consideration you provide.

What You’ll Do Every Day:
- Tailoring Conversations: Ensure each customer leaves the pharmacy feeling knowledgeable and confident about their healthcare needs.
- Technical Dispensing Tasks: Manage the safe supply of pharmaceuticals, including ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collection of prescriptions.
- Compliance: Follow established guidelines for professional practice as well as legal and professional standards.
- Interaction with GPs: Look for ways to interact with GPs and practice teams in order to sell services and products.
- Effective Operations: Reduce dispensing losses and provide effective dispensary operations.
What Are You Going to Need? We provide an interesting employment opportunity and a chance to continue your professional development. To join us, you will need:
- Experience: Current or past experience working as a Pharmacy Dispenser.
- Additional Training: A Medicines Counter Assistant qualification or equivalent. If not already finished, we’ll support you to complete our training within 6 months of joining.
Hours of Work: Working hours for this full-time position are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Additionally, you will have to work every other Saturday.
