Your Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Full UK driving licence for minimum 1 year (points acceptable)
- Physically fit for loading/unloading duties
- DBS / CRB Clear
- On time and reliable
- Background in trading preferred but not necessary
What you’ll do as a Trainee Fitter:
- Learn the trade of templating and installing granite & quartz countertops with our qualified granite worktop fitters around the UK.
- Load up the van and go to site. Usually you will get 2 worktops a day.
- Level off and secure the worktops in position and silicone any joints and cork behind the worktops.
- Share driving duties with the fitter, and make regular day trips to and from London. We don’t send you far distance 2 days in a row, we break up your week.
- Working 55 hours a week on average.
- Provide great customer service to guarantee our customers are happy.
