We are looking for a caring and committed female Support Worker to support a young woman with additional needs in her own home in Poole. Summary of Role
You will be helping a young female in her own home, offering personalised one to one care and assistance to improve independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting daily living routines and personal care
- Promoting independence and life skills
- Activities, hobbies & community support
- Offering emotional support and companionship
- Building a secure, controlled, happy environment
About yourself
We are seeking for a person who is:
