We are looking for a caring and committed female Support Worker to support a young woman with additional needs in her own home in Poole. This is a really satisfying opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life, by helping them live a safe, independent and fulfilling life in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

Summary of Role

You will be helping a young female in her own home, offering personalised one to one care and assistance to improve independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting daily living routines and personal care
  • Promoting independence and life skills
  • Activities, hobbies & community support
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Building a secure, controlled, happy environment

About yourself

We are seeking for a person who is:
