In this job, you will provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes, helping them with their daily requirements and improving their quality of life. You will be dependable, competent, and truly dedicated to providing great care.
Duties:
- Helping with personal care duties like bathing, clothing, and grooming.
- Giving clients emotional support and friendship.
- Helping with moving around and getting from one place to another.
- Giving medicine according to each person’s care plan.
- Helping with light cleaning tasks.
- Going with clients to meetings and social events.
- Keeping an eye on and reporting any changes in the health or well-being of customers.
- Making sure that clients have a safe and comfortable place to live.
