Tokyo Bagel is a Japanese-style bakery café in the heart of Waterloo, London, and it’s developing quickly. Come work with us as a front of house, barista or barman. We make Japanese bagel sandwiches, pastries and high-quality coffee by hand. Our evening idea is turning into a cocktail and bar experience.
We’re looking for people that are passionate and full of energy to work as Front of House Staff, Baristas, and Bartenders.
What we want:
- A friendly, cheerful, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience brewing coffee or working as a barman (although training can be given)
- Ability to function well in a busy setting
- Good at working with others and communicating
- Interest in Japanese food, café culture, or cocktails
You might have to do the following:
- Making coffee, beverages, and easy desserts
- Giving great customer service and keeping the place friendly
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Helping with the everyday running of the shop (for bartenders)
- Making cocktails and helping with evening service
