Job Description
We are looking for an advertising and marketing associate to join our team. You will be part of a team, helping to develop and implement marketing plans, manage projects and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns. The selected candidate will have good organisational skills, outstanding communication skills and be aware of digital marketing technologies. This is a paid position and an excellent opportunity to contribute to creative marketing efforts and build your professional abilities in a collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing advertising campaigns across many media, including digital and print.
- Provide project management support to ensure that marketing efforts are delivered on schedule.
- Analyse campaign data to measure effectiveness and discover areas for optimisation.
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to prepare presentations and reports that effectively communicate results and strategies.
- Work with internal departments and external agencies to maintain brand consistency and alignment of campaigns.
- Assist in content development for social media, website and other promotional materials.
- Plan marketing events or seminars, or product releases as needed.
- Use organisational tools to keep records of marketing activity and project deadlines up to date.
- Support B2B marketing activities by interacting with potential clients and partners via several channels.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage many projects at the same time.
- Experience in project management in a marketing setting.
- Can analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with IT systems; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Leadership skills with the capacity to operate solo or in a team.
- Great time management abilities to routinely meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in marketing or advertising roles preferable but not essential – a proactive approach to learning is highly valued.
