About The Role
As we advance deeper into the mid‑to‑enterprise market, we are searching for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for working inbound leads, as well as generating your own outbound, net‑new pipeline with your BDR partner. You will study potential clients, discover chances for upselling and develop an outreach strategy. As a champion problem‑solver, you will take the time to understand your client’s business objectives and give them custom creative solutions to help them reach their goals. AEs are responsible for exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quotas, forecast accuracy and closing with internal teams and partners. What You Will Learn
- Be the main engine of the company’s revenue and customer success goals through achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Conduct discovery calls with clients and prospects to learn organisational structure, key decision makers, procurement procedures, IT systems and document processing.
- Know the customer’s objectives and goals to align consumer demands to ROLLER’s solutions.
- Understand, position and communicate the value and benefits of ROLLER solutions to all levels in customer organisations.
- Use marketing slide decks and other materials, create customised sales presentations and demos to address customer needs, and deliver by phone, webinar and/or in‑person.
- Generate qualified prospects and actively prospect by outbound prospecting to qualify, grow and manage a sales pipeline.
- Prepare customer proposals, exercise strong decision making skills and negotiate customer pricing requirements and concessions.
- Serve as the primary and lead point of contact to align internal ROLLER teams and resources with key customer and prospect stakeholders.
- Develop short, medium and long‑term strategic and tactical execution strategies to achieve success in the given territory.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue attainment on a weekly and quarterly basis.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business or similar subjects.
- Hybrid employment available, London based.
- You have 5‑7+ years of experience closing sales functions – SaaS highly preferable.
- Your proven experience in establishing and meeting growth success metrics and your excellent communication, interpersonal and prospecting abilities make you a success.
- You are a problem solver with great business acumen for selling and creating long‑term connections with the ability to comprehend pain points and requirements – linking them with possible commercial value.
- Strong technology knowledge, ability to learn and demonstrate new technology quickly.
