Job duties
Coordination of care services, development and management of care plans, staff rotas, on-call support, supervision and mentoring of care team members, communication with service users and families, record keeping, and monitoring adherence to health and safety legislation, protection processes and quality standards.
Requirements
Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication abilities, valid drivers liscense, computer systems for documenting and reporting care knowledge, and understanding of legislation in health and social care services and protective procedures.
Experience
Proven experience of supervision in a domiciliary care environment; experience of developing and managing detailed care plans for older service users.
