Bridgewater is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support patients in their own homes within the Community Nursing Service. You will work as part of a dedicated team, delivering high-quality personal and palliative care with independence and compassion in a home setting.
Applicants should have healthcare experience, GCSEs in Maths and English, and a willingness to work flexibly to meet service needs. Training and support will be provided to maintain safety and confidentiality.
