Job duties: Personal care, mobility and transfer assistance, medication support, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping and care documentation
Requirements: Must be in the UK, have access to a vehicle, be available to start ASAP, work independently, follow care plans, have good interpersonal and communication abilities, and have a caring and compassionate attitude
Experience: At least six (6) months’ experience in the UK is desirable; all training will be given
Qualifications: Valid driving licence required
Topline Care is a premier domiciliary care business. We are recruiting for a caring and dedicated Health and Support Worker (female) to deliver in home care and support services to our customers. Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support services for clients, e.g. bathing, clothing, grooming and toileting
- Mobility, transfers & ambulation assistance as needed.
- Taking drugs as given by health care specialists
- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and serving as needed
- Performing light housekeeping activities such as cleaning, laundry and changing bed sheets
- Documenting care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Must be in UK & Access to Vehicle necessary.
- Candidate must be available to start working ASAP.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to care plans accurately
- Great interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Caring and compassionate attitude toward clients
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
