- Utilise IT technologies to precisely track progress, update care records, and document observations.
- When necessary, safely transport customers to appointments or excursions while adhering to traffic laws.
- Keep an eye on your health and notify the relevant healthcare provider right away of any changes or concerns.
- Maintain hygienic standards and help with medicine administration as instructed by medical authorities.
- A current driving licence and knowledge of safe driving techniques for client transportation
- Experience providing in-home care services or working in a care facility
- Capacity to comprehend and successfully adhere to comprehensive care programs
- Strong English communication abilities to engage with clients and teammates with assurance
- knowledge of the IT systems utilised in healthcare settings for reporting and record keeping
