Job Overview
We are looking for a Care Worker to join our team. To help our clients with everyday tasks, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.. The ideal candidate will provide critical support to those in need and ensure they feel comfortable and well. Visa Sponsorship for Skilled Worker will be considered if required.
Duties
Help clients with personal care activities such as bathing, clothing and grooming.
Prepare healthy meals according to diet needs and tastes.
Offer clients friendship and emotional support, creating a happy environment.
Assist with drug management and follow prescribed regimens.
Assist persons with limited mobility including safe ambulation.
Implement behaviour management tactics for clients with particular needs.
Organise social events and outings to foster involvement and interaction.
Keep accurate records of the care given and notify any change in the client’s condition to relevant professionals.
Certification/License
DBS checks carried out before any shifts worked.
Right to work in the UK (mandatory)
Essential - Access to a vehicle (UK Driving Licence)
Up to £26,000.00 per annum
