Shift Patterns:
Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rates domiciliary care;
As a Community Access & Supported Living Care Worker you will assist people to live independently and improve their quality of life in their own homes and the community.
Home Care Duties:
- Helping people with personal care, meal preparation and medicine
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assisting customers to maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living
Community Access Care Responsibilities:
- Assisting people to attend medical appointments, social engagements or leisure activities
- Assistance with shopping, errands or hobbies
- Offering chances for education, employment or volunteering
- Motivating exercise and involvement in community programs
