Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and effective running
- Supervise and manage hotel staff such as front desk, housekeeping and maintenance
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve client concerns or issues
- Develop and execute strategies to maximise hotel occupancy and income
- Control hotel expenditures to ensure profitability
- Work with sales and marketing team to promote hotel and attract new guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene across the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures and regulations
- Perform human resources activities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
Required:
- Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong supervision and management skills
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-lingual ability is a plus
- Understanding of hotel operations and visitor services
- Knowledge of human resources techniques and procedures
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate under pressure and multi-task at the same time
