Bar Supervisor/Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee the operations in our Cocktail Bar for the busy days of the week (Thu/Fri/Sat).

We are looking for a candidate that has

• good people skills to reolve issues and provide outstanding customer service

• desire to grow the business through implementing proper procedures, * Supervise bar/waiter staff and ensure smooth operations

• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness

• Manage and operate the till system, ensuring accurate payment processing

• Oversee bar inventory and stock control

• Prepare purchase orders

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure that premises are up to impeccable standard

• Previous experience in supervising within a bar environment

• Proficiency in bartending techniques and mixology

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry

• Ability to work collaboratively with bar and front-of-house teams, * Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
