Working within the Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on pay-per-click campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving ROI, and increasing brand visibility in a highly competitive travel market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, display & remarketing advertising campaigns.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis tailored to the travel and tourism sector.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creatives aligned with destination trends and customer intent.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet performance and budget targets.
- Optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and ad placements to maximize conversions and ROI.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for ad performance.
- Stay updated on PPC best practices, Google updates, and emerging travel advertising trends.
- Produce reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage budgets effectively and forecast spend to align with seasonal travel demand.
- Test and scale new campaign types where relevant.
Experience
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office working environment.
- 2+ years experience in managing PPC campaigns.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads & Analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent copywriting and attention to detail for ad content creation.
