Travel Representative β Zero Hours Contract
inspiresport are the UKβs No 1 choice for school sports development tours. Working in close collaboration with leading professional sporting clubs and exclusively endorsed by governing bodies, inspiresport has revolutionised the school and club sports travel sector.
This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual to gain valuable work experience in one of the fastest growing and high-profile companies in the sports travel industry, and at the same time working with some of the worldβs biggest sporting clubs. For each group, the inspiresport representative will help to ensure the trip runs smoothly and excellent customer service is provided.
Key Details:
Location β Looking for candidates ideally based in Manchester, London & Glasgow areas
Pay β Β£115 day rate with travel, accommodation &meals included
Tour Duration β Tours range from 2/3 days (commonly Thursday to Sunday) for UK Tours, 5 days for Europeans tours (commonly Friday β Tuesday) & up to 2 weeks for international tours
Key Destinations β UK, Europe, Barbados, South Africa, Canada & Dubai to name a few!
Types of Sport β Football, Rugby, Netball, Hockey & many more!
If successful, you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by company)
The main requirement for this role is to be the contact for the party leader throughout the tour to answer any queries & resolve any issues with support from the operations team.
This includes:

Meeting and greeting thetour at theschool, airport and/or training facilities

Travelling with the party for the duration of the tour, providing advice and guidance throughout the pre planned tour itinerary

Co-ordinate check-ins at hotels, training facilities & any booked excursions

Be the first point of contact with the travelling group and their party leader

Ensuringthe overall smooth running of the tour providing support and solving situations that may occur on the way or whilst on tour

Ensuring good relations with party leaders, teachers, students and suppliers

Being aware of the fullitinerary, activities, fixtures, accommodation and schedule timings
