Destination Education are currently working with an excellent Primary School based in a lovely part of Tower Hamlets, London. This lovely school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring the academic progress of all students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and values diversity.
- Assess student learning through various formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Have confidence managing children's behaviour during the school day and supporting their learning and participation in class.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, and the wider school community through effective communication and involvement in school events and activities.
What YOU need:
- Hold a QTS certificate (or the PGCE equivalent).
- Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in Year 6.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and create a supportive learning environment.
