What You'll Be Doing
- Providing classroom and one-to-one support to learners.
- Encouraging independence and promoting confidence.
- Supporting access to learning through adapted resources.
- Working closely with teachers and specialist professionals.
- Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- Level 1 or Level 2 Braille qualification β essential.
- A compassionate, patient and positive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs is desirable.
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting learners to reach their potential.
