Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues. Set up, maintain and manage desktops, laptops, printers, interactive displays and other classroom technology. Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments and user accounts. Assist with network administration and routine maintenance. Manage IT equipment inventories and device deployment. Ensure safeguarding and cybersecurity procedures are followed. Support teaching staff with classroom technology and educational software. Liaise with external IT providers where required.Essential RequirementsPlease only apply if you meet ALL of the following criteria: Previous experience working as an IT Technician within a school environment is essential. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is essential. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Experience supporting users in a busy educational setting.
