Here at Destination Education, we have partnered with Barnet Special Education Trust and provide TAs for their 3 SEN Schools, all near to each other, in Edgware, East Finchley and High Barnet. The East Finchley site is specifically looking for part-time and full-time TAs who have significant ASC (Autism) experience. All students on site are Autistic; some verbal and some non-verbal.
TAs who typically thrive here know how to build relationships with young people. Parking is available on site but the school is also very near to East Finchley station, easily accessible via the Northern Line.
If your DBS is either on the Update System (or no more than 3 years old), arranging your paid trial day will be very straightforward. Please consider whether you are available to work 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week - because we can accommodate this presently.
