Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: £29,500 – £37,500 + Commission
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
School Holiday Hours: Reduced hours, typically 9:00am–2:00pm
Holiday: 25 Days (Additional day per year)

We are a fast-paced, energetic and driven business, and we're looking to add another ambitious Recruitment Consultant to our team as we continue to grow and establish ourselves as a real force within the education recruitment market.

The Role
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Primary Education team, covering Primary, SEN and EYFS recruitment across London and Essex.
This is a business development-focused role . You'll be responsible for building relationships with schools, identifying opportunities, winning new business and developing your own client base.
You'll be supported by our existing team when you start, with access to our current resources and vacancies. As you develop your experience and confidence, you'll progressively take ownership of your own desk and move towards a fully 360 recruitment role.

• Developing new business with schools across London
