About the Role

Destination Education is currently working on and expecting a range of exciting KS1 and KS2 Primary School Teacher opportunities for September across welcoming and supportive primary schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents' evenings and school events.
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or equivalent.
  • Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
