About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive college environment where you will help young people develop their confidence, independence, learning and life skills. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teaching staff, providing classroom, individual and small-group support to students who may have additional learning needs. You could be supporting students with:
- SEN and additional learning needs
- Autism and ADHD
- Behavioural and emotional needs
- Communication and learning difficulties
- Developing independence and life skills
