Destination Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a permanent role supporting blind and visually impaired young adults aged 16–25 at the Nescot campus in Epsom.

The role involves providing one-to-one and classroom support, encouraging independence, and helping learners achieve their educational goals.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 1 or Level 2 Braille qualification, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.

This is a full-time position with ongoing training and a supportive team environment.
