About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents’ evenings and staff meetings.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
