About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative and highly personalised learning experiences to young children with autism and associated communication needs. Working closely with therapists, teaching assistants and senior leaders, you will help create a nurturing and structured environment where children can develop their communication, social, emotional and academic skills. The school values excellent Early Years practice above specialist experience. We are looking for someone who understands how young children learn and who can create exciting opportunities for exploration, communication and development.
