Contract: Full-time – 08:30 to 5:30
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + Commission structure (Dependent on experience)

We work closely with nurseries, primary and secondary schools across London and Essex, supporting them with tailored recruitment solutions and trusted relationships.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors and turning initial conversations into long-term partnerships. Working closely with our existing consultants, you will play a key role in strengthening the business and driving sustainable growth by:

Building relationships with new schools
Expanding our partner network
Creating and securing new strategic opportunities
Contributing to the development and delivery of growth plansKey Responsibilities

New school acquisition: Identify, approach and secure partnerships with schools and institutions.
Relationship management: Work with internal consultants to nurture and maintain strong school relationships.
Business growth: Generate new revenue opportunities by understanding market needs and positioning our services.
Strategy input: Help shape and implement commercial plans for the desk. xiskglj
Reporting: Track progress, pipeline and outcomes; report to leadership regularly.Who We’re Looking For?
You’ll succeed in this role if you:

Have experience in business development (ideally within education or related sectors)
Are confident in building and maintaining professional relationships
Can work independently and as part of a team
Are proactive, organised and target-driven

Proven track record in sales / business development
Understanding of the education sector
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
