Destination Education is recruiting a number of SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in mainstream primary schools in Barnet. These are class-based roles focused on helping children with identified additional needs to access learning alongside their peers, in line with their EHCPs. You will be working within a structured classroom environment, supporting pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, depending on individual need. The roles require a consistent, patient approach and a clear understanding of how to support pupils with specific learning, communication, or behavioural needs while promoting inclusion and independence.
