A supportive and well-established SEN school in High Barnet is seeking a dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder across a nurturing and structured learning environment. The Role
- Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assist pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and classroom participation

- Help implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies
- Encourage positive social interaction and independence
- Support students with sensory and emotional needs throughout the school day
