Destination Education is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ECT Primary School Teacher to join welcoming and supportive primary school settings across London. You will work closely with experienced teachers, phase leaders, and senior leadership teams who are committed to supporting your development as you build confidence in delivering engaging lessons and managing your own classroom.   • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
  • Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.

  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to parents evenings and staff meetings.
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
