About the Role Destination Education is currently working on and expecting a range of exciting KS1 and KS2 Primary School Teacher opportunities for September across welcoming and supportive primary schools.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers looking to secure their next role ahead of the new academic year. we are recruiting for schools that are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to inspire young learners and deliver high-quality lessons.

You'll have the opportunity to join supportive school communities where you can make a real impact on pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 or KS2 curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.

Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents' evenings and school events.

Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or equivalent.

Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.

Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.

Is committed to high expectations and achieving positive outcomes for pupils.

Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
