Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Walthamstow. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them overcome barriers to learning. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support team to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs. The role may involve supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, assisting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. The school has a strong inclusive ethos and provides excellent support and guidance for staff.
Key Responsibilities
