Destination Education are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive primary school in Redbridge. This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant who can provide classroom support, small group interventions, and one-to-one assistance where required. You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide small group and one-to-one support for pupils who need additional help.
- Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions.
- Help monitor and record pupil progress.
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs where required.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a primary school or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of supporting pupils with different learning needs.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
