Year 3 Teacher Are you an experienced Primary School Teacher looking for a new position? Have you got experience teaching inprimary and are looking to join an ‘OFSTED’ rated outstanding school? Destination Education are currently working with an excellent Primary School based in a lovely part of Finsbury Park.This lovely school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join there dynamic team. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring the academic progress of all students. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and values diversity. Assess student learning through various formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians. Have confidence managing children’s behaviour during the school day and supporting their learning and participation in class Foster strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, and the wider school community through effective communication and involvement in school events and activities. What YOU need: Hold a QTS certificate (or the PGCE equivalent). Experience teaching primary school students, preferably inYear 3. Strong knowledge of theYear 3 curriculum. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous learning. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and create a supportive learning environment.
