Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Dagenham. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them succeed in a structured and nurturing learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support team to provide tailored support that meets each pupil's individual needs. The role may involve 1:1 or small group support, assisting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
