The Role
We are looking for a driven and confident Candidate Consultant to join our team. This is a varied role combining candidate resourcing, client support, and relationship management. You will play a key part in filling vacancies, supporting schools, and ensuring candidates are engaged and supported throughout their placements. You will work closely with experienced consultants and directors, giving you real exposure and a clear pathway for progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates for education roles
- Manage the full candidate journey from registration through to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Support existing client relationships and ensure high service levels
- Attend client visits when required, particularly with new or developing schools
- Identify opportunities to support business growth and win new roles
- Carry out regular check-ins with candidates in long-term placements
- Work closely with the team to fill vacancies efficiently
What a Typical Week Looks Like
- Resourcing for active roles across schools
- Daily candidate calls, screening, and relationship building
- Supporting current placements and ongoing candidate care
- Collaborating with the team on priorities and urgent roles
- Attending client visits where needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment experience desirable but not essential
- Education sector experience beneficial but not required

Working Hours
Term Time (39 weeks): 08:30 - 17:30

Salary & Bonus
