Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors and turning initial conversations into long-term partnerships. Working closely with our existing consultants, you will play a key role in strengthening the business and driving sustainable growth by:
- Building relationships with new schools
- Expanding our partner network
- Creating and securing new strategic opportunities
- Contributing to the development and delivery of growth plans
Key Responsibilities
- New school acquisition: Identify, approach and secure partnerships with schools and institutions.
- Relationship management: Work with internal consultants to nurture and maintain strong school relationships.
- Business growth: Generate new revenue opportunities by understanding market needs and positioning our services.
- Strategy input: Help shape and implement commercial plans for the desk.
- Reporting: Track progress, pipeline and outcomes; report to leadership regularly.
