Destination Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within a range of welcoming primary schools in Walthamstow and the surrounding areas. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and support staff to help pupils engage with their learning and reach their full potential. A key part of the role will involve providing 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop both academically and socially. You may also support small group interventions and assist in creating an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across the school.
