About the Role
Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barking. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them access learning in a structured and nurturing environment. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support staff to provide tailored support that meets individual pupil needs. The role may involve 1:1 or small group support, assisting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities
