A well-established veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Veterinary Medical Director to provide clinical leadership while continuing to practice medicine. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care
- Establish and maintain clinical standards and best practices
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians through coaching and case collaboration

- Partner with practice leadership on workflow, scheduling, and clinical initiatives

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
