Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions throughout hospitalization
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
- Promote patient safety and adherence to clinical standards and best practices
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
