A growing dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to join its collaborative clinical team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and other treatments within the scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging and utilize appropriate clinical tools to support patient care.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Follow established infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active or eligible dental license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
