Parts Advisor Desmond Motors Work Schedule : Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy dealership team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will be liaising with technicians, updating customers on repair progress, and ensuring a seamless aftersales experience. Key Responsibilities: Booking in vehicles, and discussing repair requirements. Looking up and ordering parts, managing workshop schedules and communicating effectively with the workshop team. Handling invoicing and warranty claims What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, or within a dealership aftersales environment. Strong communication and organizational skills.
