Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional cocktail service, consistently hitting Desire’s technical and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests to share the Desire story and guide them through the menu with confidence.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar during service.
- Collaborate with the team to create and refine drinks, events, and menu innovations.
- Support training initiatives and uphold Desire’s company values and culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cocktail bar, high-end bar, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
- Passion for craft cocktails, spirits, and guest experience.
- Hungry to learn and grow—someone who thrives in a team-first, high-intensity environment.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and pride in delivering consistent, high-quality drinks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
