We have an exciting opportunity for an organized individual to join our Service department across two sites, splitting their time evenly between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. We also consider two part‑time positions, one at each site, for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Book customer vehicles for maintenance and/or repairs.
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure all tasks are completed to agreed time scales.
- Update customers on the progress of their vehicle and authorise additional work as required.
- Coordinate the split between the Gt Yarmouth & Lowestoft sites, with the possibility of part‑time work.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full clean driving licence.
- No experience required – full training will be provided.
- Interest and passion for vehicles are advantageous.
- Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge and skill set for career progression.
